All walks include Lea's wildcrafted samples. This particular walk is has hills and unpaved terrain. The focus this month is on the fruit of the Japanese Barberry shrub. We'll enjoy tasting savory recipes using the berries, and collect enough to use in the Jeweled Rice class as well as in Lea's favorite elderberry syrup recipe, ElderCherry Elixir.

First Wednesday Plant Walks are monthly experiences that will take
